What is the processing flow of Marble/Granite mechanical components?
Marble/Granite mechanical components belong to special-shaped Marble/Granite platforms, and their processing technology is becoming increasingly complex. They are usually manufactured according to drawings. As a Marble/Granite platform manufacturer, the process is divided into several steps:
After receiving the drawings from users, we must carefully study them. Based on years of technical experience, we check whether the drawings can be implemented, as well as the dimensions and precision of each hole.
Once the drawings are confirmed, select the corresponding stone material according to the overall dimensions designed in the drawings. Cut the rough or polished plates into the required Marble/Granite structure size according to the length, width, and thickness specified in the drawings.
After cutting into shape, carry out rough grinding on a machine tool, and then transfer the components to a constant-temperature workshop for repeated manual fine grinding.
After grinding, the technical supervisor must conduct a precision test, typically using an electronic level for inspection.
Once the parallelism, straightness, and perpendicularity of the Marble/Granite components meet the requirements of the drawings, the next step is to process according to the drawings—such as various holes, steel sleeves, grooves, etc. Each Marble/Granite measuring tool requires chamfering treatment.
After processing the Marble/Granite components, inspectors are required to conduct a warehouse inspection and compare the components with the drawings.
